Elizabeth Hartmann is one of Central Saint Martins’ Jewellery Design course graduates and a rising star in the US fashion industry. Elizabeth has created a collection using silver, resins and rubbers to create an exoskeleton that simulates and relates to the body.The photos and the jewelry have been shown in a gallery in the Detroit Artists Market and are to be published in "500 Plastic Jewelry by Lark Books". Yeukai Makoni models the collection. Yeukai is a London based dancer, and was chosen for the shoot because of her skin color and muscle tone. |
